Once your order and your payment have been validated
Marie d’Argan will send you a first order confirmation email.

Once your order is ready and dispatched
You will receive an email confirmation of the shipment. This second email will contain an order number. You can access the tracking of your order, by clicking on the order tracking link included in this email, and entering the order number in the place provided for it on the site. You can track your order online in the “Order” section reserved for registered members.

Your order is
Registered: you are informed by email
In preparation: orders are prepared on the day (working days) or on the next business day
Dispatched: you are informed by email when the order is delivered to the AM / PM parcel service
Delivered: the order has been delivered; The receipt is sent inside the package.

Restrictions
Product delivery is not allowed in addresses that do not correspond to private homes or offices.

Cancel an order after validation of the payment
It is not possible to cancel the totality or partiality of the order if Marie d’Argan’s customer service informs you that it has already been prepared.
Before validating the payment, you can modify or cancel the order on the “My Cart” page during the validation stage of the order.

International deliveries
Marie d’Argan will exclusively ship within the US. We do not have international shipping service.

Marie d’Argan will make the reimbursements according to the payment method you used. Once the cancellation of your order has been processed, or when the return of your product approves the quality control, we will proceed to make the refund, remember that the times will vary depending on the payment method used.

PAYPAL
The refund will be made directly to your PayPal account. Subsequently, they will be responsible for refunding the amount to the card with which you made the purchase. Marie d’Argan will take from 1 to 10 days to process it, from that moment, the time it takes to be reflected in your account depends completely on PayPal, and we can not speed it up.
